РОЗВИТОК ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ЗАСОБАМИ ЦИФРОВОГО МЕНТОРСТВА ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ АНТИКРИЗОВОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В УМОВАХ ТРУДОВОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ

У статті обґрунтовано проблему формування інтелектуального капіталу підприємств, що опинилися у стані кризи, та не здатні отримати кадровий ресурс із зовнішніх джерел через наслідки трудової міграції на українському ринку праці. Узагальнено напрями впливу менторства на розвиток різних видів інтелектуального капіталу. Конкретизовано можливості впливу цифрового менторства на розвиток інтелектуального капіталу та стан системи антикризового управління підприємством, а саме таких його видів, як менторство для підвищення рівня цифрової грамотності, менторство для розвитку аналітичного, критичного та креативного мислення, менторство для розвитку навиків забезпечення цифрової безпеки, менторство для створення комфорту при дистанційній та гібридній зайнятості, менторство для збереження цифрових знань, цифрове менторство для розвитку підприємницьких навиків, менторство з розвитку цифрового лідерства.
